Serving with the City of Pittsburgh Police Department for six years.  Zach and his fellow officers were often first on scene to many traumatic injury situations.  These often time included auto accidents, shootings, impalement's, falls from significant heights and really anything you could imagine.  Having the tools necessary to control bleeding until medics arrive were crucial in saving lives.  Realizing just how important those first few minutes on scene were, inspired Zach to create the first TRAUMA PAX kit for himself to carry on patrol.  Soon after, many officers and first responders he worked with took notice and began asking him where they could acquire one as well.  Zach began building these trauma kits for his shift mates and before he knew it his trauma bags were in patrol vehicles all over the city being utilized to save lives.

Hence the company was born.

You never know when you will encounter a trauma situation. We can drive up on an accident scene on our way home, or be in the woods enjoying nature when an impalement can occur.  Serious injuries occur sometime when you least expect it and being prepared can be a matter of life and death.  Many cities and towns budgets are stretched to the limit and having enough first responders is often not possible.  Being prepared can give you peace of mind.

Let TRAUMA PAX be that peace of mind.
